Hello friends! I hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas season so far. I had such a cozy start to my day this morning- journaling and drinking coffee out of my new mug while it rained outside. I love waking up to a day stretching out ahead of me, untouched by expectations or to-do lists. Such a gift!
Today I wanted to share with you this delicious snack I made recently. I got the idea from a recipe on the back of a flaxseed bag and just modified it to suit what I had on hand. These are perfect little snacks that can be kept in the fridge or freezer, and go great with a glass of milk. Enjoy!
No Bake Energy Bites
-1 cup quick cooking oats
-1/2 cup ground flaxseed
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
-1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
-1/3 cup maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into balls. Voila!
